- My turnover has more than doubled, I am clear on my profit, daily/ weekly/ monthly goals and all my financials. I’ve got an accountant and bookkeeper now and they’ve processed my first self-assessment. I’ve learnt so much about finances not just for my business but also my personal finance mindset, and started looking at building wealth through trading and investing – all thanks to the programme.
HOW HAS THE PROGRAMME HELPED YOU MENTALLY?
- As a solo groomer working from home, I found some days can be lonely. Since joining the programme, I love the weekly calls that I can tune
into when I’m grooming or in the evenings. I feel part of a supportive community. There’s always someone to support me in discord chats, facebook groups or even directly on the accountability buddy program. Aside from the community the mindset calls and general coaching that have got me to dig into my mindset have been massively helpful. It’s developed my personal mindset as much as it’s developed my business.
HOW HAS THE PROGRAMME HELPED YOU ORGANISATIONALLY?
- I have a much clearer structure to my business now, I have clear visions and values. I’ve created a vision board. I felt like I had no clear direction
before joining the program, I was just grooming and trying to earn a living, now I feel like I’m living the way I want to, with clarity on what I’m working towards.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THE PROGRAMME AND WHY
- I’d 100% recommend it to all dog groomers. It felt like a big investment before I signed up and I was never one to spend money so it took me a while to join but I wish I’d done it from the very start. I don’t look back and have got so much value from the program. Its support and information is seeping into every aspect of my life and I’m even educating my husband and creating a foundation for my daughter that I’m proud of.
WHAT DOES THE NEXT 12 MONTHS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
- I’m due to turnover in excess of 100% more this year than last year. I am setting my boundaries to get my work/life balance right which means only working part time, giving myself plenty of time per appointment so I can offer quality to all my customers. I’m excited to see what the next year brings but I know whatever it throws at me I can handle because I’m part of this community.
