HOW HAS THE PROGRAMME HELPED YOU ORGANISATIONALLY?
- I now have a much clearer idea of where I want the business to go and what I want from it. I have recently been able to drop to being open four days a week instead of five with no loss of income & there is no way this would have been possible without being part of the programme. Had I not joined the programme, I’m pretty sure I would be doing ‘ok’ but now I am doing great and I know it will help me to do even better!
WHAT WAS BUSINESS LIKE BEFORE JOINING THE PROGRAMME?
- Things were ticking over & the business was growing but my pricing was too low and my appointment structure was all wrong.
WHAT MADE YOU REACH OUT TO BILL?
- Having been a member of the ‘big group’ on Facebook for sometime, I saw posts about the programme and my curiosity was aroused. I loved Bill’s straightforward approach to problem solving and so decided to book a call with him to find out more.
WHY DID YOU JOIN THE PROGRAMME?
- I knew I wanted to grow the business and I was keen to get help/ support / advice/ guidance so that I went about things the ‘right’ way. I trusted Bill to help me achieve what I wanted & needed to.
HOW HAS THE PROGRAMME HELPED YOU FINANCIALLY?
- Where do I start?! Thanks to the support of Bill, the other mentors and members, I have more than doubled my turnover since joining and have a much better understanding of the financial side of things now, whilst working smarter, not harder. The business is continuing to grow & I have a much clearer idea of what I want/need to achieve and how to achieve it. I no longer suffer the loss of no shows & I have the confidence to set the right prices for the services I offer. On a personal level, the input from the Money Coach who recently came on board as a mentor has been invaluable in helping me manage my personal finances much more effectively as well.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THE PROGRAMME AND WHY?
- Yes, yes and yes again! When I first spoke to Bill about joining the programme, if I’m honest, I was a little overwhelmed by the cost, but I knew I wanted to be a part of it and so took the plunge. I wasn’t an easy ‘sell’ but now I look back and honestly can’t believe that not joining was even a consideration! Knowing what I know now and what I get from the programme week on week I am sooo glad I
joined because the value is just incredible. Bill is constantly reviewing & adding to what’s included – the benefits are just too many to mention – it really is the gift that keeps on giving!
WHAT DOES THE NEXT 12 MONTHS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
- I am about to take on an apprentice, which I wouldn’t have considered had I not been part of the programme and I now have clear business goals in place and know how to achieve them. I am excited about the future and what it holds!
