- Before joining I thought I was doing well but didn’t feel like I was running an actual business and didn’t see how I could earn more money without doing extra hours or running myself ragged

- I saw something on Facebook about Bill and his group which resonated with me. I knew that if I wanted to change then I needed help as I had no idea how to do this on my own. I decided that one phone call with Bill couldn’t hurt but would enable to see if the programme was right for me or not.
WHY DID YOU JOIN THE PROGRAMME?
- I joined as I wanted to make more money but not longer hours. I wanted to grow, I wanted to get to grips with my accounting. I wanted to feel like a proper business

- Financially pre-programme my turnover was averaging about £2,700 a month, now it’s more than £5000
HOW HAS THE PROGRAMME HELPED YOU MENTALLY?
- Mentally I feel more in control, I am more confident with pricing and having a grip with accounting is a huge relief
HOW HAS THE PROGRAMME HELPED YOU ORGANISATIONALLY?
- I now have an accountant and book keeper, I use my software to keep on top of figures and projections, I have contracts in place for customers and processes in place to keep things running smoothly.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THE PROGRAMME AND WHY?
- It’s a no brainer really if you don’t know what to do to grow your business. There are experts in all areas that are there to give you ideas and support you through any changes. There is a massive network of other like minded people who also help you through and cheering you on every step of the way.
WHAT DOES THE NEXT 12 MONTHS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
- I’m excited for the next 12 months. I’m looking to move to a bigger premises where I can grow the business again. I may even get close to the VAT threshold too.
